4 Steps to Licensure

1. Order your medical school transcripts or verification to be sent directly to the Board. If you are an international medical graduate, you can order your ECFMG certificate online at www.ecfmg.org


2. Order your test scores online to be sent directly to the Board. For example, www.fsmb.org or www.nbme.org. If you took a specific State written exam please contact that state to have the scores sent directly to us.


3. Send the Postgraduate Training Form to your residency program for completion and then have them send it directly to the Board.


4. Complete the Initial Application Form and send with a $500 non-refundable application fee to:
