How do I request information from the Board?
The Board must receive a request for public records.
Requests may be made verbally or in writing, however in order to expedite
your request a written request is preferred. For your convenience, there is
a Public Information Request form on the Board’s website. The Board will gather the
requested information and invoice you for the cost of the copies.
Upon receipt of payment, the information will be mailed or faxed to you
or will be available for pick-up at the Board’s office. Public information
requests are processed within 10 days.
